Step-by-step refund process

Write the return address exactly as support provides it, add your own return address, and photograph the sealed package and the postage receipt before you hand it over. Choose a shipping service that provides tracking and, if possible, delivery confirmation. Keep the tracking number until your refund has fully cleared.

Common mistakes that delay refunds
